The First Night's Sleep....


The first night after you've put them on is probably going to be the hardest. Try to sleep laid on your back, instead of face-down, so that you can avoid most of the pain caused by the constant pulling the braces cause. Remember though that this subdues after 2 to 3 days. A mild painkiller may help as well, if really needed.
